These terms govern your use of this website and any programs or classes you book with Transcend Sports Academy (“Transcend”, “we”, “us”), operated by TRANSCEND SPORTS ACADEMY PTY LTD (ABN 72 697 519 547) in Sydney, Australia. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Programs

Professional training and study tours are arranged by enquiry — submitting an enquiry is a request for information, not a confirmed place. Local courses may be booked online through this site. Merchandise displayed on the site is for reference only in this version and is not available for online purchase.

2. Who Can Book

Where a participant is under 18, the booking must be made by a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on the child’s behalf and confirms that all information provided is accurate.

3. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us, which includes a calendar (.ics) file for the session. Please ensure that participant and contact details are accurate so we can deliver the class safely and reach you if anything changes.

4. Fees and Payment

Class fees are displayed at the time of booking and include court hire. In the current version of the service, payment is made on-site or as otherwise arranged with us — online payment is not available. All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD).

5. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

If you cancel:

• 24 hours or more before the class start time — no charge; any amount paid will be refunded or credited in full.
• Less than 24 hours before the start, or a no-show — a court-hire fee may apply, as the court is reserved and charged to us for that time slot.

If we cancel — for example, due to weather or coach unavailability — we will notify you as early as possible and offer either a reschedule or a full credit or refund for that class, at no cost to you.

6. Participation, Safety and Supervision

Please arrive on time, wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and follow the coach’s reasonable instructions. For junior classes, parents and guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at the scheduled time and location. We reserve the right to ask a participant to stop if their behaviour poses a risk to the safety of others.

7. Health, Medical Conditions and Assumption of Risk

Tennis is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. Please inform us of any medical condition, injury or allergy that may affect a participant’s ability to take part. By making a booking, you confirm that the participant is fit to participate and consent to us arranging emergency medical assistance if required and we are unable to reach you in time.

8. Photos and Media

Photography or filming during classes is entirely optional and will only occur where you have provided consent at the time of booking. Where consent is given, images may be used for coaching feedback and academy promotion. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

9. Player Development Records

For enrolled junior players, we maintain development records — including ratings, assessments, match results and term reports — and make these available to you. Please refer to our Privacy page for details of how we handle this information.

10. Our Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you hold under the Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantees, which cannot be limited or excluded. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for loss that we could not reasonably have foreseen or that was not caused by us.

11. Website Content

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Transcend or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, together with its effective date, will always be published on this page. The terms in effect at the time of your booking are the ones that apply to that booking.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
